Custom wound exclusively for MOA Precision by Wolff Gunsprings, this spring is approximately 25% lighter rate than the factory recoil spring (carrier bar spring). Increases reliability with light loads, reduces likelihood of short-strokes, and decreases bolt bounce. During testing 2-3/4dram (1145fps) 1-1/8oz loads were 100% reliable in completely stock, unmodified M3Ks. Fits all 12ga Stoeger shotguns. NOTE- Continuous use with 3″ magnums may increase wear on the receiver and carrier assembly. Drop-in fit, requires no modification.

    Wow, what a game changer. Was having “Benelli click” or FTE about every 17 shots. Very frustrating during 3Guns. Installed and went through 75 rapid fire shots flawlessly. This included lower power loads and heavy field loads. Very satisfied.

    I have an older, like-new Stoeger M2000 that worked perfectly with steel duck/goose loads, but refused to function reliably with light loads (trap/skeet). I installed the MOA “Reduced Rate Recoil Spring,” went to the range and … presto! The M2000 smoothly and flawlessly ate through 100 rounds of mixed-brand 12 gauge without a hiccup of any kind.
